Project details

For a new digital campaign, Heineken developed an Augmented Reality application, turning your phone into an interactive device that reacts to a Heineken bottle placed in front of the camera. It unlocks a portal to exclusive content from the many countries around the world where Heineken is enjoyed.

WeMakeVR created the experience for the Dutch portal. Consisting of a 360 video where the user gets the opportunity to visit the Heineken Experience Museum in Amsterdam and meet the Heineken’s master brewer. The project was commissioned by Heineken China and had an extremely tight deadline. With a very fast turnaround of just three days (and nights), we shot, stitched, graded, and delivered this virtual visit to the brewery, completely ready to go.
